Outdoor Classroom

Outdoor Classroom

School programs are generally 1-1.5 hours for one lesson. There is a suggested donation is $2/student per lesson.

Some considerations when you visit the park:

  • You must bring at least one parent/volunteer/staff per 8 students.
  • Be prepared to be outside in any weather. Trails may be wet, muddy, snowy, slippery, buggy or prickly at different times of the year.
  • Wear sturdy footwear that can get muddy and wet. No flipflops, sandals, etc.
  • There is wildlife in the park, so be aware of staying together, not littering, etc.
